I started my fitness journey in 2019 with a poor mindset and zero motivation. I was making excuses, stuck in old habits, and unsure where to begin. But something shifted, I realized I could take control, change my mindset, and commit to myself.
I started small, at home, using only what I had. I focused on walking, eating better, and showing up consistently. As I learned to lift properly and prioritize form, I noticed a huge difference: less injury, more progress, and a confidence that grew with each session. Training with purpose became my mantra.
Over time, what started as a personal journey turned into a passion to inspire others. I discovered that fitness isn’t just about looking a certain way, it’s about creating habits that last, moving safely, and making intentional choices for long-term success.
What is reform?
Reform is where strength meets strategy. It’s intentional movement, smart resistance, and no-nonsense coaching that turns your body into a powerhouse.
